Monday: Many Colors on the Plate

Ferris the Fox sets a basket on the table. Inside are red, orange, green and purple foods.

"A rainbow in a basket!" says Bennie the Bear.

"What do you notice about all these colors?" Ferris asks. "Are any two the same?"

Riley the Raccoon holds up a carrot and a plum. "Here is a hint," he says. "Sort by color."

Eat many colors

Cooks like to eat lots of different, colorful fruits and vegetables.

A plate with many colors is fun to look at and fun to taste.

Every color counts, and trying a new one is a little adventure.
