Thursday: Read the Egg Card

Oliver pins a new card to the wall. "Fluffy Scrambled Eggs," he reads.

Bennie licks his lips. "Can I taste the eggs while we whisk them?"

Lizzy shakes her head. "What do you notice? The eggs are still raw then."

Riley points to the stove. "Here is a hint," he says. "Taste only when they are cooked."

Egg safety

Never taste raw egg. Wait until the eggs are cooked.

Wash your hands after you touch raw eggs.
