Rocket puts tape on the floor.

"Let's build a test!" he says.

Raven grabs a soft ball.

Nova hovers, "I will watch the tape."

You will need

  • A soft ball
  • Painter's tape or small paper squares
  • A long, clear floor
Safety first
Use a soft ball inside.
Roll the ball. Do not throw it.
Keep the path clear of people.
A grown-up picks a safe spot.

What to do

  1. Put a tape line where you start.
  2. Roll the ball with a gentle push.
  3. Put a tape mark where it stops.
  4. Go back to the start line.
  5. Roll the ball with a strong push.
  6. Put a tape mark where it stops.
