Rocket has a new practice program.
It uses two boxes, count and steps.
Nova should say 4, but Nova says 2.
Rocket peeks at count. It is too small.
Raven says, look closely at every box.
The steps box has a clue too!
At each stop, peek in every box.
Compare each box with the plan.
One wrong box is a big clue.
Rocket meant to change speed.
But line 3 says change fuel.
The 1 went in the wrong box!
set count to 1 set steps to 0 change steps by 1 change count by 1 change steps by 2 say count land
The plan: count ends at 4, steps at 1.
Check both boxes at the stop.
Time to fix it!
Nova shows the logbook the plan wants.
One box too small, one too big.
That means a number went to the wrong box.
set height to 2 set speed to 1 change height by 1 change speed by 2 fly up height say speed
| check | holds | true? |
|---|---|---|
| height after line 3 | 3 | ? |
| speed after line 3 | 3 | ? |
| speed after line 4 | 3 | ? |
| Nova flies up | 4 | ? |
Here are new sight words.
Look at each word. Say it. Spell it.
Miss: M-I-S-S.
Idea: I-D-E-A.
Enough: E-N-O-U-G-H.
Step 3 is check each box.
A number can land in the wrong box.
Great work, Crew!
